DuraVent Type B Gas Vent
 
DuraVent's UL Listed Type B Gas Vent is top-notch. It has a precision twist-lock design that is fast and easy to install or disassemble - all with no fitting hassles. DuraVent Type B Gas Vent can be used to vent Category 1 gas appliances or whenever B-Vent is specified on the appliance label. It requires 1" clearance to combustibles. And it has a Limited Lifetime Warranty - virtually unheard of with B-Vent! The inner liner is .012" aluminum and the outer wall is premium grade .012" galvanized steel. This vent is available in 3"-6", 8" and 10" diameters. In addition to the 6", 12", 24", 36", 48" and 60" lengths, this system features many unique components. The 45 deg. and 90 deg. Elbows are adjustable. We offer a variety of Tees, Tee Covers, Flashings, Increasers, Storm Collars, Firestop Spacers, Wall Straps and Slip Connectors. There are also Firestop Supports for vertical installations and Draft Hood Connectors that will be needed to mate to some gas appliances. Draft Hood Connector
A length of Type B Gas Vent is needed to pass through the thimble and connect to a Tee for your vertical run. Use wall straps for support, one immediately below the tee, one above the Tee, and one every four feet. The Wall Thimble adjusts for wall thicknesses from 3 1/2"-6".
Type B Male and Female Adaptors
The female adaptor (pictured on left) is used when connecting DuraVent below other brands of B-Vent. The male adaptor (pictured on the right) is used when connecting DuraVent above other brands of B-Vent. Both adaptors are 6" high.
Square Firestop Support
This top simply twist-locks to the top of the DuraVent Type B Gas Vent for a secure fit. The Rain Cap is designed to work in gas applications with DuraVent Type B Gas Vent only.

Flashing
The Steep Roof is one option, not pictured. The Tall Cone Flashing for Flat Roofs is pictured above in top right corner. The Adjustable Flashing is for 0/12 to 6/12 pitch and is shown above in lower left corner.
DuraConnect Gas Connector Pipe
This .010" thick, bendable double wall aluminum flex inner and .018" galvalume outer. It's adjustable in length, providing up to 4" per foot in compression (Zero stretch). It only requires a 1" clearance to both walls and ceilings. It is used as connector between appliances and Dura-Vent Type B Gas Vent. DuraConnect is available in 3", 4", 5" and 6" diameters in 24", 36", 48" and 60" lengths. It comes with a Limited Lifetime warranty.

This galvanized Wall Thimble is needed when DuraVent
Type B Gas Vent passes through a combustible wall and is then
continued up through the house.
These adaptors include a
"draw down" bolt that allows them to adapt DuraVent Type B Gas Vent
to the following brands of B-Vent Gas Vent while
maintaining the UL Listing: American
Metal Products, Household Mfg., Hart & Cooler Mfg., Metal Fab,
Inc., White Metal Products, Air Jet and Mitchell Metal
Products.
This Rain Cap is the ultimate
termination top for reliable performance under extreme wind and
weather conditions. It also protects against debris and bird
