The Exhausto Fan mounts outside, atop the chimney, where-it literally sucks the smoke from the flue. COMMON FLUE TYPES Round Square Rectangular
STEP 2: Figure the fireplace opening size in square inches. (Multiply the width x the height). In this chart go to the far left column and find the flue type (A-F). Then follow the line across to the appropriate Exhausto fan model. For see-through fireplaces figure the area of each side. Then add 100% of the largest side and 50% of the other side. Example: A 12"x 12" square flue size (seven lines down, middle column, in common flue types chart) is a type "D." If your fireplace opening size is in the 801-1200 sq. in. range, order a model RS12 Exhausto Fan. Important Note: For wood burning stove/inserts having door opening size of less than 300 sq.in., use model RS9 fan. STEP 3: Locate appropriate model number below.
Exhausto Chimney Adaptors are made of stainless steel. Installation is easy, just connect the adaptor and the base of the fan at each corner of the square plate and then the round part of the adaptor fits down into the chimney. The weight of the fan holds it in place.

The EBC5 integrates a fan speed control and a relay. A Proven Draft Switch (shown below) with a probe and silicone tubing is also needed. The control is used to set the speed of a chimney fan or draft inducer that creates the mechanical draft in the chimney system. It provides a proper and accurate draft at the outlet of the heating appliance. The housing is steel and has two 1/2" rigid conduit fittings for power supply.

The housing and switch are made of poly-carbonate. The diaphragm is made of NBR, while the switching contact is made of fine silver.

Exhausto chimney
adaptors let you install exhausto on factory-built
chimneys. We've added these chimney adaptors so you can also
use one of Exhausto's Fans when you need to put it on top of a
class-A installation. We have adaptors for 8" and 10"
solid-pack chimney. Other adaptors, including ones for
air-cooled pipe, are available on special order
basis.
The
Exhausto EBC 10-P is a Fan Speed Control used with gas-fired
heating appliances. It monitors and creates proper draft or
pressure in a chimney. This is achieved by setting the speed
of the Exhausto Chimney fan. 
The PDS is an
adjustable differential pressure switch for proven fan
operation. It is suitable for switching a circuit on, off, or
over on changes in actual pressure value relative to the changes in
actual pressure value relative to the set reference value. the
reference value (switching point) is adjusted on a setting wheel
provided with a scale. Pressure setting range is
