Flex-L recommends insulating this liner with Flexi-Sleeve (below right) to further minimize condensation or contact with chimney contaminants. An AL 29-2C stainless alloy is better choice for appliances with an AFUE greater than 83%, or if chlorides or sulphides are present in the combustion air. Flexi-Liner is made of two-ply, 3003 aluminum and features a 15-year prorated, limited warranty. It has a unique gas tight, patented seam, and its super flexibility makes installation easy, even in the most challenging chimneys. Please note the actual outside diameter of Flexi-Liner is approximately 3/8" larger than its inside diameter. Each kit contains a rain cap, top adaptor, 12" x 14" top plate, bottom mortar sleeve, top support brackets, fasteners, and instructions. (The 5.5" kit also includes a bottom flue adaptor.)

Sizes are available to fit 3" - 8" diameters. For 7" and 8" Flexi-Liner, slit and overlap two sleeves lengthwize.

Flexi-Liner
is UL Listed to the UL 1777 Standard as a liner for masonry chimneys
serving B vent rated, gas-fired heating appliances with an AFUE of
83% or less.
There are times when the UL Listed Flexi-Liner
kit won't do the job. Here are components that will help you
out in these cases. 
The B-Vent Adaptor, pictured on the left, is
used when connecting Flexi-Liner to B-Vent. It allows you to
connect to any brand of B-Vent pipe. The FLEX COUPLER, on
right in picture, is used to make your own Flexi-Liner extensions
from pieces left over from the Flexi-Liner. 
Flexi-Liner comes from the factory in a compressed
state. The Pull Down a user-friendly way to
"uncompress" the liner so you can prepare it for installation.
They are easy to use and come with complete instructions. 
This 10' long, high-temperature, polyfaced
Flexi-Sleeve is designed only for use with Flexi-Liner. Use it
under any of these circumstances.
