When we say we guarantee our products for a length of time, we mean it! It's for parts, workmanship, material and rust. The only thing we don't guarantee is installation - you do that. If our products don't last for the length of time we guarantee, we'll give you a new one. (We would like to see the failed product so our manufacturer can make it better.) Our guarantee for Chimney Caps is 6 years on Black Caps and Lifetime on all Stainless Steel and Copper Caps. Each manufacturer offers it's own warranties for consumers.
