Dura-Vent DVL Double-Wall Black Stovepipe and Components

When you are in tight quarters, here's the stovepipe to reduce clearances.  This double-wall connector pipe has an inner wall of .012 430-alloy stainless steel and an outer wall of .018 aluminized steel painted black.  It lets you reduce clearances from combustibles to the stovepipe from 18" down to 6" for walls and 8" for ceilings.  DVL Double-Wall Black Stovepipe is available in both 6" and 8" diameters.  Outside diameter is 1" larger than inside diameter.  Connecting pipe sections together is easy with predrilled holes and a pack of screws, included.  All pipe pieces have a 1" overlap connection, reducing the actual pipe length by 1".  Dura-Vent's Double-Wall Black Stovepipe is warranted for 25 years.

Superpipe Double-Wall Black Stovepipe and Components

Here's a double-wall pipe to use with SuperPro chimney when you need to reduce clearances to combustibles.  Superpipe has a lifetime warranty.  It is a 26-ga. black steel outer pipe with a .015", 430-alloy stainless inner liner.  This double-wall construction is cooler on the outside and thus lets you reduce both wall and ceiling clearances down to 6".  Available in 6" and 8" diameters. PRICES & COMPONENTS->

 

Heat-Fab 22-Ga. Welded Black Stovepipe and Components

....and then there's black stovepipe!  This stuff's "The King".  Its extra thickness and superior construction is shown in Heat-Fab's 22-ga. black stovepipe featuring laser welded construction.  The very same construction that Heat-Fab uses in manufacturing it's excellent line of UL Listed stainless steel relining pipe.  The 22-ga. metal gives a nice 25% increase in wall thickness over run of the mill 24-ga. pipe.  To top it off, each piece of pipe is painted flat black and is individually wrapped for maximum protection from scratching during shipping.  We offer our 22-ga. line in 12", 18", 24", 36" and 48" lengths; and it all comes in 6"-8" diameters.

When installing any single-wall stovepipe, be sure to maintain an 18" clearance to combustibles.

Security Double-Wall Black Stovepipe

This double-wall may be used with all types of solid fuel appliances.  It may be installed as close as 6" to combustibles.  It is recommended to use this double-wall stove pipe with Security factory-built chimney.  Security's exterior wall is 26-ga. black steel.  The inner wall is made of corrosion-resistant 430-alloy stainless steel and is .015" thick.  Look closely at the pipe sections and you'll see a series of openings in the outer wall.  This feature allows for the recovery of heat from between the two walls of the pipe.  Security Double-Wall Black Stovepipe has a 10-year warranty against burnout.  Additional components are available special order.PRICES & COMPONENTS->

Dura-Vent PelletVent Pro

Dura-Vent's Pellet Vent is recommended by many pellet stove manufacturers and carries a 25-year warranty.  It's UL Listed to the 641 Standard for pellet-burning appliances at 3" clearance to combustibles and can be used in both vertical and horizontal applications.  Outer walls are .018" galvalume steel, inner walls are .012" thick 430-alloy stainless steel.  Twist-lock connections and open-ended tee supports make disconnects easy for periodic cleaning.  Joints are sealed with silicone to prevent fly ash leakage. These strong 45 deg. and 90 deg. nonadjustable elbows are factory silicone sealed to provide an airtight installation.  Pellet Vent is available in 3" and 4" diameters and offers all the components you'll need.  Pellet Vent and components are riveted, not welded.

Dura-Vent Direct-Vent Pro Venting System For Gas Stoves

DirectVent appliances can easily be located next to a wall and vented through the wall without the expense of a chimney.  Or vent them straight up the middle of the house.  They're economical and homeowners like 'em!  This precision fitting pipe safely vents flue gases, while providing incoming combustion air through the space between its inner and outer walls. DirectVent Pro has an inner wall of .020" aluminum and an outer wall of 26-ga. galvanized steel.  The components twist lock together for quick, secure, fastener-free installation.  We offer two sizes, 4" inner diameter with a 6 5/8" outer diameter and 5" inner diameter with an 8" outer diameter.  Pipe lengths of 12", 24", 36" and 48" are available in cases of four or six in the galvanized finish.  Individual pieces of pipe with a painted black finish are available in 6", 9", 12", 24", 36" and 48" lengths.  Scroll on down for complete list of components.DirectVent Pro carries a Limited lifetime warranty.

Dura-Vent Type B Gas Vent;

Dura-Vent's UL Listed Type B Gas Vent is top-notch.  It has a precision twist-lock design that is fast and easy to install or disassemble - all with no fitting hassles.  Dura-Vent Type B Gas Vent can be used to vent Category 1 gas appliances or whenever B-Vent is specified on the appliance label.  It requires 1" clearance to combustibles.  And it has a 25-year warranty - virtually unheard of with B-Vent!  The inner liner is .012" aluminum and the outer wall is premium grade .018" galvanized steel.  This vent is available in 3"-6" diameters.  In addition to the 6", 12", 24", 36" and 48" lengths, this system features many unique components.  The 45 deg. and 90 deg. elbows are adjustable.  There are also Firestop supports for vertical installations and draft hood connectors that will be needed to mate to some gas appliances.PRICES & COMPONENTS->

DuraTech - The Ultimate Class-A Chimney System

DuraTech sets the standard in quality, design and performance for chimney systems.  Using ThermalTech blanket insulation, DuraTech keeps the outer wall of the chimney cool while ensuring high flue gas temperatures for optimum draft performance.  This also eliminates hot spots common with loose-fill type insulations.  No shifting, settling or dangerous voids.  In the event of a creosote fire, this compressible blanket insulation permits the chimney liner to expand outward.  This free-floating inner liner design also permits the liner to expand lengthwise eliminating buckling and loss of structural integrity associated with some solid-pack type chimneys.  DuraTech's twist-lock connections require no locking bands or other mechanical fasteners.  DuraTech is available in inner diameters of 5"-8", is .016" 430-alloy stainless steel and the inner liner is . 020" 430 -alloy stainless steel.  The galvalume outer wall lengths also have a 430-alloy stainless inner liner, .016" thick.  The 10" and 12" lengths have the same features of the other galvalume lengths.  When double wall black stovepipe is needed, use Dura-Vent DVL.  DuraTech Chimney is Tested and Listed to the UL 103HT Standard for use with wood, oil, coal, and gas appliances in 5"-8" diameters; and the UL 103 Standard in 10" and 12" diameters.  DuraTech Chimney carries a lifetime warranty.  Once you get a piece of DuraTech Chimney in you hands, you'll know immediately this is a quality user-friendly product.  If your project calls for economy, consider galvalume DuraTech in the inside spaces.  It's more resistant to rust than galvanized metal, but not as resistant as stainless.PRICES & COMPONENTS->

 

Dura-Vent DuraPlus Air-Insulated Class-A Chimney

Dura-Vent's DuraPlus is an all fuel, triple-wall chimney that combines one layer of ceramic refractory blanket insulation and an airspace to keep the outside wall cool.  This also keeps the inside wall hot, boosting efficiency.  Dura/Plus is listed to the UL 103HT Standard and carries an impressive 25 year warranty. DuraPlus is available in 6" and 8" inside diameters.  Outside diameters are approximately 4" larger than inner.  The DuraPlus inner liner is 430-alloy stainless steel with a middle wall of aluminized steel.  24" and 36" chimney lengths are available with either stainless steel or galvanized steel outer walls. 6", 9" and 12" lengths have galvanized steel outer walls.  Dura/Plus components twist-lock securely into place and are stainless steel unless otherwise noted.  When double-wall black stovepipe is needed with Dura/Plus use Dura-Vent DVL.

UL Listed SuperPro Class-A Chimney System

Selkirk manufactures SuperPro, an excellent Class-A chimney sold only to professionals.  You won't find it in your local home center store.  SuperPro features 304-alloy stainless steel for both its inner and outer walls.  The mineral wool insulation is formulated for optimum performance while dramatically reducing chemically active ingredients.  It provides a thermal delay that resists and contains surges of heat, keeping the outer liner cooler.  SuperPro couplers are embossed which reduces moisture penetration, increasing longevity of the chimney.  With these features, Selkirk Products is so confident in SuperPro that they offer a lifetime prorated warranty.  Components, such as flashings have a galvalume coating, which has twice the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel.  SuperPro features twist-lock connections: however, locking bands are recommended at each joint for extra security when cleaning and are required on all elbow joints, lengths between elbows and where the horizontal section of pipe attaches to the tee.  SuperPro has been tested and listed to UL's 103HT Standard.  The manufacturer approves its use for wood, oil, coal and gas.  It's available in 6"and 8" (inner) diameters.  When you need 7" diameter class-A chimney, you'll want to use Super Chimney Max.  When Double-wall black stove pipe is needed with SuperPro, use Superpipe. PRICES & COMPONENTS->

 

UL Listed Secure Temp Class-A Chimney System

Secure Temp is made by Security Chimneys International, setting new standards for quality, ease of installation and performance.  Its insulation ensures a warmer flue and cooler exterior than previously available in chimney systems.  The 304 .016" thick inner wall holds up better against oil and coal than the less expensive 430 stainless used by most manufacturers.  The outer wall is .016 thick 430 stainless.  Couplers are .014" thick and are make of 430 stainless steel.  The floating flue, first designed and introduced by Security Chimneys, along with the double over lapped seam allows them to warranty their chimneys against chimney fires and corrosion, as well as workmanship and materials.  It's approved for wood, coal, oil, and category 1 gas.  Secure Temp has a 2" clearance to combustibles and is UL Listed to the 103HT (high temperature) Standard. Secure Temp offers many user-friendly components. This popular chimney is available is 6" diameter, with all the components you need for a complete installation.  Outside dimensions are 2" larger than inside dimensions.

MetalBest All-Fuel Chimney System

The MetalBest Chimney System (MCS) is a rugged all-fuel chimney designed for maximum safety and performance. Ultra-Temp and Galva-Temp (MCS) systems are certified to UL 103HT for All-Fuel Chimney systems in sizes 6" and 8". These TypeA-Vent Chimneys have been tested, listed and certified to meet the 2100 degree safety standard by Underwritters Laboratories. Sizes 10"-24" Type A-Vent Chimneys have been tested, listed and certified to UL103(1700 degrees) safety standard by Underwritters Laboratories. DuraVent Aluminum Chimney Liner

 Here's the Aluminum Chimney Liner to use when converting existing chimmeys to the Dura-Vent Direct Vent GS System.  The 3" diameter is used with the Direct Vent GS Co-Linear Chimney Liner System.  The 4" diameter is used with the Direct Vent GS Class-A and Masonry Chimney Conversion Kit.  Made of flexible, two-ply .010" aluminum. Flexi-Liner Aluminum Gas Relining Pipe

Flexi-Liner is UL Listed to the UL 1777 Standard as a liner for masonry chimneys serving B vent rated, gas-fired heating appliances with an AFUE of 83% or less. Flex-Liner recommends insulating this liner with Flexi-Sleeve (below right) to further minimize condensation or contact with chimney contaminants. An AL 29-2C stainless alloy is better choice for appliances with an AFUE greater than 83%, or if chlorides or sulphides are present in the combustion air. Flexi-Liner is made of two-ply, 3003 aluminum and features a 15-year prorated, limited warranty.  It has a unique gas tight, patented seam, and its super flexibility makes installation easy, even in the most challenging chimneys. Please note the actual outside diameter of Flexi-Liner is approximately 3/8" larger than its inside diameter. Each kit contains a rain cap, top adaptor, 12" x 14" top plate, bottom mortar sleeve, top support brackets, fasteners, and instructions.  (The 5.5" kit also includes a bottom flue adaptor.) AL-29 Ventinox VG Liner for Gas

Ventinox VG Liner is a high-quality product.  It is made from a single strip of  .006" thick AS 29-4C stainless alloy, utilizing a continuous-weld and spiral corrugation technique. This creates a tough flue liner, impervious to gas, oil or water vapor.  Even ovalizing does not compromise its tightness or durability. The outside diameter of VG Liner is 1/2" larger than its inside diameter.  We offer VG Liner in 3" - 9" diameter and 11" and 12" diameters.  VG Liner in 3" - 9" diameters can be custom cut see price details.  We stock 11" - 12" diameters in 5' and 10' lengths; 12'' is also available in 20' lengths. We can custom ovalize these liners to your specifications. Though insulation is not required, you are better served when the liner is insulated with either TherMix or Foil-Face FlexWrap.  Insulation reduces condensation and improves performance. Ventinox also offers a line of AL 29-4C stainless alloy components for VG Liner which allow for a penetration-free system that does not require pop riveting, see below. Al 29-4C Ventinox VG Liner offers a Lifetime Warranty and is UPS Shippable.

DuraFlex 316Ti Chimney Liner

• Classified as a light liner - for straight chimneys when economy is important.
• Limited lifetime warranty, including corn appliances

DuraFlex is made of 316Ti stainless steel - suitable for noncondensing gas, oil, wood, coal, corn, and pellet applications within the guidelines recommended for light liners.  the light weight of this .006" liner makes it easy to carry onto the roof.  We've priced it lightly, too - well below most liners in this catagory. When you have a straight-down installation for an appliance like a gas stove, gas insert, pellet stove, corn appliances furnace, or even a wood stove or insert.  DuraFlex is a good choice, especially if price is a concern.  For ordering ease , use DuraFlex kits. Custom cuts are not available.  If you need lengths longer than those listed, please order two seperate lengths of liner and a connector adaptor. DuraLiner is Simpson Dura-Vent's premium high temperature, all fuel masonry relining system.  It is designed to provide resistance to creosote buildup in oversized masonry chimneys venting open fireplaces or appliances. The best thing about DuraLiner is the rigid pieces are double-wall, factory insulated, so there is no need to insulate on the job.  However, you do need to insulate any portion of DuraLiner flex pieces used above the first flue tile. DuraLiner is available in both rigid and flexible configurations.  Connections are made using the rivets provided with each piece.  Just pop the rivets into the holes in the factory fittings and you're done.DuraLiner is UL listed for zero clearance between masonry and combustibles and between the liner and the interior masonry of the chimney, provided proper insulation is used on flexible sections.

     Here's a great smooth inner wall chimney liner from the folks who make Ventinox.  FasNSmooth is light, very flexible, and UL Listed. FasNSmooth is a High Performance Light liner.  It is constructed of two plies of  .005" 316Ti stainless steel.  It uses the SureSeal locking system for strong, rugged seams, and yet it is supremely flexible.  Its flexibility makes it easy to uncoil out of the box and it makes it easy to pull through chimney offsets. Heat-Fab Saf-T Liner 24-Ga. Stainless Relining Pipe

Each piece of Saf-T-Liner is constructed of seam-welded, 24-ga. stainless steel.  304-alloy carries a lifetime workmanship and materials warranty for wood burning applications, 316 carries a 10-year warranty for coal. Saf-T-Liner comes pre-drilled, with pop rivets included.  For insulation, use Heat-Fab Saf-T Wrap - metal-jacketed sections of ceramic blanket that snap and lock around your pipe, see below.  You can also order 6", 7" and 8" diameter 304 Saf-T-Liner in pre-insulated 48" lengths. Saf-T-Liner is UL Listed to the 1777 Standard (where 1" clearance from chimney exterior to combustibles is present) when Saf-T Wrap insulation is used.  We stock 304-alloy Saf-T-Liner in 5" -12" diameters and 316-alloy in 5" - 8" diameters.  5" - 8" diameters in both alloys are UL Listed. Heat-Fab adjustable lengths are pre-made pieces of pipe within a pipe that telescope from 50" to 90".  Use at the top of your relining installation. 94 Custom Square And Rectangular Sizes.  HomeSaver Dial-A-Flex gives you the ablility to reline virtually any size chimney flue.  This means no more walking away from repairing that flue.  Simply look at the size chart (below), pick the size you need. HomeSaver also offers 18-ga. custom top/bottom plates for each Dial-A-Flex size.  On a special order basis, we custom trim these plates to the exact outside dimensions you'll need. HomeSaver FireplaceFlex Stainless Relining Pipe

There's just as big a need for fireplace relines as there is for other types of relines.  All you have to do is look for  fireplace chimney liner damage - you'll find it.  And HomeSaver FireplaceFlex and Dial-A-Flex give you all the materials you need to do the job. HomeSaver FireplaceFlex is available in 304 and 316-alloy stainless, in sizes to fit your two most common fireplace flue families: 12"x 12" and 8"x 12" .  These two sizes will be custom made to your specific length and shipped direct from HomeSaver's manufacturing plant.  There is a 10' minimum - see HomeSaver Flex Custom Lengths.

To finish the job at the top, simply order an 18-ga. custom top/bottom plate, below.  You'll also need a set of our top/bottom support brackets. Then add a Gelco Letter Model Knock-Down Top with 12" mesh, or a Chimney Protector.  Be sure the flex protrudes no more than 3" above top plate for use with these caps. PRICES & COMPONENTS->

 

HomeSaver OvalFlex 304-Alloy Stainless

HomeSaver OvalFlex was the first oval relining system UL Listed to 1777 Standard and continues to be one of our most poplar relining products.  Now also listed to ULC5635-00. With HomeSaver's 4 3/4" wide OvalFlex you don't have to tear out damper frames when relining most flues. Just run the OvalFlex through the damper, hook up the appropriate adaptors, boots and hardware pieces, and you're done.

The whole system of OvalFlex, RectangleFlex, RoundFlex and adaptors, insert boots, and hardware pieces allows you to build whatever type of system you need.  Just mix and match. HomeSaver Pro 316 Ti-Alloy Stainless Relining Pipe

The strongest light liner is right here - HomeSaver Pro. Patented mechanical roll lock seams are gas tight.  Custom cut lengths, ovalized to your specs, and shipped the same day - precut lengths available too. Though Pro is not as flexible as UltraPro it is way more user friendly than those light liners make on old technology machines. While UltraPro has a crush resistance point of 288 lbs., Pro is way up at 337 lbs.  Compare that to the other brand .006" liners we tested  that were in the 140-160 lb. range. At only about 12% more cost than UltraPro, Pro is a bargain for the strength it delivers. With RectangleFlex, you have a heavy, yet very flexible pipe of 5 /34" x 9 1/2" inside dimensions - 54 1/2 square inches in total area.  Since an 8" round pipe only has a 50 1/4" total area, you can see that RectangleFlex gives no loss in stack volume when attached to an 8" stove.  (For outside dimensions add 1/4") RectangleFlex is made from 4-ply interlocked certified stainless steel, each .018" thick. 304-alloy RectangleFlex comes with HomeSaver's lifetime warranty for wood burning applications.  316-alloy comes with a lifetime warranty for wood, coal, oil and non-condensing gas applications.  RectangleFlex is UL Listed to the 1777 Standard for zero clearance when installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.  Also listed to ULC S635-00. Ventinox VFT 316 Ti-Alloy Liner

Ventinox VFT is made from .006" 316 Ti-alloy stainless steel, for wood, and non-condensing gas applications, using a continuous-weld and spiral corrugation technique.  We offer VFT in 3" - 12" diameters (including 5.5"). VFT  can be ovalized and shipped immediately. UL Listed to the 1777 Standard for zero clearance it has a lifetime warranty, except for coal which has a 10-year warranty.  Insulate with TherMix or Foil-Face FlexWrap. Like HomeSaver Pro, Ventinox VFT is generally considered to be one of the premier lightweight liners available.  Components can be used with HiFlex, VFT, and VG (except where indicated).

Ventinox VHF HiFlex 321-Alloy Stainless Oval Relining Pipe

We offer 8" and 10" round HiFlex in 57" lengths that have been ovalized.  When the 8" is ovalized it measures 4" x 10 1/2" O.D. (giving a 6" round capacity), and when the 10" is ovalized, it measures 4" x 13 7/8" O.D. (giving an 8" round capacity).  These oval lengths are made specifically for us at the factory, giving consistent, smooth rounded sides.

Ventinox VHF HiFlex 321-Alloy Stainless Relining Components

HiFlex offers a lifetime warranty for wood burning applications, and 10 years on oil and gas.  It is UL Listed to the 1777 Standard for Zero Clearance to combustibles for gas, oil, and wood when properly insulated. Though lightweight at only .006" in thickness, its continuous weld construction forms a spiral backbone that gives excellent strength and workability.  It can be bent quite radically without kinking and may be ovalized as well.  Outside diameter is 1/2" larger than inside diameter. We offer HiFlex in 3" - 10" diameters.
