Ventinox VFT 316 Ti-Alloy Liner
Ventinox VFT is made from .006" 316 Ti-alloy stainless steel, for wood, and non-condensing gas applications, using a continuous-weld and spiral corrugation technique. We offer VFT in 3" - 12" diameters (including 5.5"). See the chart for shipping details. VFT can be ovalized and shipped immediately. UL Listed to the 1777 Standard for zero clearance it has a lifetime warranty, except for coal which has a 10-year warranty. Insulate with TherMix or Foil-Face FlexWrap. Like HomeSaver Pro, Ventinox VFT is generally considered to be one of the premier lightweight liners available. Components can be used with HiFlex, VFT, and VG (except where indicated). Note: For the warranty to be valid, an annual chimney inspection is required. The liner must be installed according to manufacturer's installation instructions, and the chimney must have a rain cap. Insulation For Ventinox Liner The traditional form of insulation for Ventinox Liners is TherMix. TherMix is an excellent insulator - you'll find it featured on our Insulation Page. Longtime Ventinox users may also be aware that Ventinox offers a blanket-type insulation called ProFoil. The people at Underwriters Laboratories and Ventinox have thoroughly tested HomeSaver's 1/4" Foil-Face FlexWrap and found it to be a proven substitute for ProFoil. Therefore, if you choose to insulate your Ventinox Liner with ceramic blanket, simply use HomeSaver 1/4" Foil-Face FlexWrap. Always insulate in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

Ventinox Connector Sealing Kit
This easy-to-use Connector Sealing Kit allows installation from below the damp frame. It includes an insulation "gasket" and two precut galvanized sheet metal sections that adjust to fit snuggly around your length of HiFlex 321 oval relining pipe. All necessary hardware, instructions and crossbars to suspend the metal sections from the damper frame are included.
Ventinox FasClamp Fastening System (shown on a Coupler)
The FasClamp System means you can eliminate drilling your liner. And since pop rivets in 321-alloy stainless steel or AL 29-4C stainless alloy are not available, FasClamp does away with the need to use pop rivets of an entirely different alloy to fasten Ventinox components and liner. The FasClamp System is available for all Ventinox components. Ventinox recommends you use the coupler to join two pieces of HiFlex, VFT, or VG Liner. It's available in 321, in AL 29-4C, or 316 Ti. On all components, the draw band itself is 304-alloy stainless. Consult price list below.

Here's how to block off the damper frame area when
you're making a connection from a stove or insert to only the first
flue tile area of a chimney.
This round insert boot is for inserts with
round or rectangular openings. Its base inside dimension is 8
1/2" x 16", the outside dimension is 10 1/4" x 18" and it's 4 3/8"
high. It's made of heavy steel and comes in 6" or 8" diameters
with a 20" angle. Attach to insert by drilling holes into the
insert and bolting it down, or tapping/screwing to the
insert. 
Ventinox FasClamp Fastening System allows all
Ventinox components to fasten to Ventinox Liner without pop
rivets. An internal draw band system does the job. All
it takes to attach components to the liner is a screwdriver or a
5/16" nut driver.
Thread a rope through the cone's end and screw it into
the corrugations of the liner. Pulls the liner easily down the
flue. 304-alloy. 
45 DEGREE SECTIONED, ADJUSTABLE and 90 DEGREE ELBOWS
available in 6" and 8" diameters. 
Use this sleeve to either terminate into a fireplace
insert with a round vent or into a bottom plate on a fireplace
reline. Available in 321-alloy, AL 29-4C, or 316
Ti.
This tee comes with a removable take-off. There is
a FasClamp fitting on the top to accept you Ventinox Liner.
The FasClamp also adorns the tee cover, sold separately. Both
are available in 321-alloy for HiFlex, AL 29-4C stainless for VG
Liner, or 316 Ti for VFT. 
Use this 316 Ti extension when you encounter deep
thimbles. May be used with HiFlex and VFT
tees. 
The Ventinox rain cap features an inverted cone
design. This allows creosote condensation to drip back into
the flue to prevent chimney staining. Made of 304-alloy
stainless and features the FasClamp Fastening System. Rain cap
also serves as storm collar and top clamp. 
When you choose not to use a Ventinox rain cap, you'll
need to use the storm collar with the FasClamp Fastening
System. Notice how the storm collar is flared to go-right over
the outside of the top plate. The storm collar is made of
304-alloy stainless and is intended for use on HiFlex, VFT,
and VG installations. 
When using the Ventinox rain cap or storm collar use
one of these top plates. It allows the rain cap or storm
collar to fit properly. Available with outside dimensions of
13" x 13" in 3" - 8" diameters and 18" x 18" in 9" -12"
diameters.
