As part of Flint River Ranch's continued
dedication to increase our overall customer benefits,
arrangements have been made with United Parcel
Service to implement a special product delivery
program.
UPS now has over 3,000 retail store
locations' nationwide - one may be near your work, home
or somewhere in-between-where Flint River Ranch
shipments can be picked up at your convenience. You
don't have to wait for delayed delivery due to UPS
routing schedules. Additional benefits
include:
1. Packages available for pick-up on
Saturday, which is not a normal delivery day.
2. Eliminates most damage-product not
exposed to bad weather, hot sun or
insects.
3. Traveling with your pets? - receive a
shipment along the way-or schedule shipments to be on
hand when you return without
fear of loss due to not being home to sign or take your
delivery inside.
4. Pick-up by 9:00 AM on scheduled delivery
day. No need to wait for afternoon delivery or missed
delivery when you are not at
home or out of town.
5. Fast delivery. Avoids UPS structured
delivery delays to some remote areas.
6. Eliminates delayed shipments to wrong
address, zip codes or driver delivery errors.
7. You can plan your schedule to include
normal shopping day errands. UPS will notify you by
phone and hold your package for 5 days waiting on
YOU to pick it up. No more fighting to get
are-delivery.
UPS stores also have services available to
save you a trip to the post office and office supply
store, These services include postage, mailing of
letters and packages, packing and shipping, faxing,
regular and color copying, printing and binding and
various other services and supplies-along with their
regular postal box services. Shipments will be held
at the staffed UPS stores. This does not include drop
boxes or franchised outlets. You can locate the
staffed UPS Retail Store near your work or home by
calling 800/742-5877, or by visiting their web site @ www.UPS.com, and using
their locator under shipping / drop-off
locations.
When calling UPS at 800/742-5877, you will
be prompted by their menu for various items. Press 5 for
UPS Retail Store information. In the second menu, press
1 for the UPS Store nearest you.
1. The computer will ask a series of
questions and will accept your verbal
answers.
2. You can locate the nearest store
location by your address, zip code, state or phone
number.
3. Be ready to copy the address and/or
phone numbers of the store you pick.
4. If requested, the computer- will repeat
the address for you.
5. If requested, the computer will provide
other staffed UPS store addresses near you.
When mailing, faxing or calling in your
order to Flint River Ranch, indicate that you would like
to ship to UPS Store, Hold for Pickup.
We will need and note:
1. Your FRR number and name for
reference.
2. Your desire for that shipment to go to a
UPS store by informing us to: UPS store, Hold for
Pickup..
And the address, city, state and zip code
of the UPS store where you want delivery
3. Your daytime phone number, for UPS to
notify you of delivery.
4. Method of payment on file.
5. Product order including product code and
name.
Remember, we can also ship to your office
or work address if you are not home during the day, or
are having trouble receiving timely shipments due to
remote residential locations.
