We offer you a private lake access complete with swimming dock, grass beach with rock cliff depending on level of Lake Travis, three level shaded deck, screened porch, BBQ area has smoker, pit, tables and sink, and port-a-potty.  Available from dawn to dusk.

0-4 hours minimum  $ 75.00

4-8 hours  $ 150.00

A release form will be required signing for each quest.  We are not responsible for injury and will require each quest sign a release form to indicate knowledge of this agreement. Click here to view form.
